01In short
Trading financial markets involves significant risk. Most people who try to trade do not make consistent profits. Hentrad does not guarantee that you will qualify, be funded, or earn anything. Only take part if you can afford to lose the fees you pay.
02Market risk
Hentrad traders trade currency pairs, gold, silver, oil, stock indices and cryptocurrencies. These markets can move quickly and unpredictably because of economic data, central bank decisions, political events and other news. Indices and cryptocurrencies are especially volatile, and cryptocurrencies trade at weekends. Prices can jump past a stop-loss ("gap"), especially around major announcements or when markets reopen, so a loss can be larger than planned.
To reduce this, new trades pause around high-impact news and are refused while spreads are unusually wide (see the Programme Rules). These protections lower the risk; they don't remove it.
Past results, including your own results in practice or verification, do not predict future results.
03What you can lose
You never trade or deposit money of your own: practice and verification accounts are simulated, and funded accounts are Hentrad's, traded at Hentrad's own risk. The most you can lose is the fees you choose to pay: the evaluation fee ($3 per $1,000 of account size, plus any upgrade you choose) and, if you are withdrawn and choose to return, the reinstatement fee ($1.50 per $1,000 of account size) each time you come back. Fees are priced in US dollars and paid in your local currency at the day's exchange rate.
Fees pay for taking part in the programme. They are not invested and do not earn any return.
04Profit share is not income you can count on
- Profit share is paid only in weeks when your funded account closes above its previous high. Many weeks may pay nothing.
- The daily line keeps both losses and gains small, so profit shares, when earned, are modest, especially at the lower levels.
- Three losing days in a row, or three within five, ends a funded run. A trader who follows every rule can still be withdrawn, and can still finish the year with no profit share.
- Half of each share is held in your empowerment fund and paid only when you complete the journey.
- Profit shares are paid by Hentrad, based on your funded account's results. They are not wages or a return on any fee.
- Shares are calculated in US dollars and paid in your local currency at the exchange rate on the day of payment, so changes in the exchange rate affect what you receive.
Do not give up a job, borrow money, or make financial commitments based on expected profit share.
05Practice is not the real market
Practice accounts and verification weeks use simulated trading at live market prices. Simulated fills can differ from real ones, which have slippage and costs a simulation may not show, and trading feels different when results matter. Doing well in practice doesn't mean you'll do well on a funded account, or trading your own money.
06Technology risk
Trading depends on internet connections, devices, market data and third-party systems. Delays, outages or errors, on your side or ours, may affect when orders are placed or closed. The app enforces the rules automatically, including closing trades when the daily line is reached, and these automatic actions happen at market prices, which may differ from the price at the moment the line was reached.
07The human side
Trading can be stressful. Losses, and even wins, can lead to impulsive decisions. Hentrad's training covers this and its rules are built to limit it, but you are responsible for your decisions. If trading is affecting your wellbeing or finances, stop and talk to someone you trust.
08Beware of scams
People may use Hentrad's name to ask for money. Remember:
- Fees are only ever paid inside the Hentrad portal, to Aloine Technologies Ltd.
- We never take deposits or investments, never promise returns, and never ask you to pay into a personal account.
- Anyone promising guaranteed profits from Hentrad is not telling the truth. Please report them to support@hentrad.com.
